REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lesama Consultings, we deliver highly customized enterprise operational frameworks, bespoke workflow optimization infrastructures, and high-impact strategic advisory. Because our one-time project engagements and milestone-based services require immediate, high-priority resource allocation, manual system audits, and custom digital integration upon payment approval, all one-time fees, project deposits, and milestone payments are strictly non-refundable.
PROJECT TERMINATION & CANCELLATION
Clients retain the right to pause or terminate a scheduled project engagement at any point. If a client chooses to cancel a project before full completion, any one-time upfront fees or completed milestone payments already processed will be retained by Lesama Consultings to cover allocated labor and diagnostic assets executed up to that date.DISCOVERY & SCOPE ADJUSTMENTS
In the rare event that a project scope cannot be fulfilled due to technical limitations on the client’s side prior to any system optimization work beginning, any potential partial resolution or credit structure remains at the absolute discretion of Lesama Consultings corporate management. No automatic refunds apply once digital execution has initiated.
