Welcome to Lesama Consultings. By accessing our platform configurations, utilizing our operational playbooks, or engaging our corporate advisory services, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. SCOPE OF COMMERCIAL SERVICES
   Lesama Consultings provides premium business infrastructure audits, digital system integrations, data workflow modeling, and corporate management consulting. Services are delivered as fixed-scope projects, custom milestone-based packages, or one-time strategic consultations.

2. MANDATORY B2B ENGAGEMENT ELIGIBILITY
   All services provided by Lesama Consultings are strictly tailored and restricted to corporate entities, registered business enterprises, or commercial sole traders. By completing a one-time payment link or settling an invoice, you explicitly warrant and represent that you are contracting as a commercial business entity and not as an individual retail consumer.

3. PAYMENT STRUCTURES & CAPITAL COMMITMENT
   Services are initiated upon the settlement of a one-time fixed project fee or agreed-upon upfront deposit milestones. Payments are processed securely via our integrated merchant processors. Lesama Consultings reserves the right to withhold digital deliverables, pause active system implementation tracks, or delay project onboarding if any individual milestone invoice remains unfulfilled beyond its designated due date.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMPLIANCE
   Baseline operational system structures and structural code architectures remain the proprietary asset of Lesama Consultings. Custom workflows, refined data configurations, and bespoke documentation layers built directly into the client's workspace become the client's asset entirely upon the final settlement of all due one-time project fees.
